Thayne Cullimore is a graduate of Widener Law School.
He has been working in the legal industry aiding landlords for 15 years. He is licensed in New Mexico, Utah, and Arizona. Thayne represented landlords and Homeowners Associations in Utah, and when his practice moved to Arizona, he primarily focused on representing landlords in all aspects, including evictions, collections, fair housing, and related areas.
Thayne participates on the Government Affairs Committee for the Arizona Multi-Housing Association and has been exploring ways to improve the laws of Arizona for landlords.
Aaron is a graduate of Brigham Young University (B.S. Finance 2000) and a graduate from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad Law Center (J.D. 2003). Aaron also obtained a Master of Laws from Georgetown University Law Center (L.L.M. 2004).
Aaron was born and raised in Mesa, Arizona, and is a seventh generation Arizonan. He has worked at PricewaterhouseCooper’s Washington National Tax Practice in Washington, D.C. prior to returning to Arizona. In Arizona, Aaron has spent his law career focused on landlord law, defense of Fair Housing Act claims, real estate litigation, short-sale planning, defense of municipal abatement actions, estate planning and business entity formation. Aaron has seminars and written numerous published articles relating to residential landlord tenant law, real estate disclosure agreements, and federal and state fair housing laws.
